1.A kitten is considered reserved only after a deposit of 50% has been made.
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!!! and is considered compensation for the kitten's upkeep and lost sales opportunities.
2.The Breeder is not responsible for any loss of the animal's qualities due to the Owner's fault or in case of unforeseen circumstances (accident, consequences of a severe illness, inadequate care, feeding, etc.). Quality assessment is made at the time of animal handover.
3.The Breeder undertakes to, at the Owner's request and expense, have the kitten tested for all diseases and infections of interest to the Owner before the kitten is sent to the Owner's home. In case of unsatisfactory results, the Breeder will refund the full amount paid for the animal to the Owner. Tests must be ready 10 working days before the kitten's departure date from the "AnneMoore" cattery. If the Owner does not exercise this right, no further claims regarding the kitten's health will be considered.
In case of positive tests for fatal diseases – FIP, FIV – the Breeder will refund the full amount paid to the Owner.
4.Subsequently, the Breeder bears no responsibility for any acquired diseases of viral, bacterial, or other origin. Claims regarding positive tests for viruses, including Coronavirus, will not be considered without a clinical diagnosis.
"AnneMoore" cattery animals are vaccinated with the attenuated vaccine Multifel, Rabikan.
The Breeder guarantees the replacement of the animal in case of a positive diagnosis of HCM at the age of 1 year. However, this is only applicable BEFORE the animal is used for breeding (if acquired for breeding purposes). The etiology of primary cardiomyopathies is not yet fully understood. HCM in cats is a complex disease, and its cause can be multifactorial. Hereditary pathology, viral diseases, autoimmune mechanisms, biochemical disorders, and nutritional deficiencies (e.g., taurine) can all contribute to the development of cardiomyopathy. In case HCM is detected in the kitten at the age of 1 year, the Owner is obliged to inform the Breeder. Provide a repeat HCM test (only tests from licensed cardiologists of leading clinics with internationally recognized accreditation, whose choice is agreed upon with the Breeder, are accepted).
